As one who cycles through the Park at least 3 times a weeks and at varying times of the day, i can attest that the space does not enjoy high usage rates. I’m not competent to judge is environmental worth but suspect that Anon has assessed it failrly.

So, if, and it’s a huge unanswered question, we do have to build on green land, then let’s use GP – currently under used and of little intrinsic merit
